Here's a great looking used '63 ES-335 from the Custom Shop, made just last year in 2015 in excellent condition. The guitar is in excellent condition and includes the original hardshell case along with certificate of authenticity. Sales spiked in 1963 following the two refinements represented in this 1963 ES-335 Block Reissue. The first was cosmetic. The dots on the fingerboard of the ES-335 were replaced with small block inlays, introduced for easier visibility and an extra touch of eye-catching class. The other change was to the neck, tapered to the thinner profile that was standard for Gibsons in the ’60s. The result was the classic instrument honored by the Gibson's Memphis division with this exacting reproduction.
