Product Description
This is a pre-owned guitar that is from a 2016 limited edition Custom Shop run; a reissue ’67 Smugglers Tele – modeled after the ’67 Teles which had a portion of the body routed for some much needed weight relief. The guitar has an ash body with a dirty white blonde finish, modern 9.5” radius and handwound ’67 Tele pickups, with a very comfortable ‘60s oval “C” neck shape that fits right in the palm of your hand. The guitar is in overall excellent condition with the original hard case included. It does not have a certificate of authenticity, nor the original clear pickguard which let you see the body chambers. The bridge pickup in this guitar is microphonic, and should be replaced - the neck pickup works as it should.
