Revolutionary for when it came out in the 1950’s, it was the only Gibson flattop at the time with a cutaway, let alone a built-in pickup. Here’s a reissue of the under the radar guitar released as a Collectors Edition in 2017, with a sitka spruce top, vintage sunburst top finish, trapezoid inlays in the rosewood fretboard, and a single P-90 above the soundhole. A very nice addition to any Gibson acoustic aficionado’s collection, and the guitar is still in overall excellent condition with the original case and certificate of authenticity included.
