This guitar is in excellent condition, and the previous owner installed a Floyd Rose 1984 Tremolo reissue part on the guitar The "1984" system is a true-to-the-original reissue that features brass fine tuners, old style housing and locked in swing arm, bridge mounting wood screws, and a fat solid brass block for incredible tone and sustain.
The basswood Strat-style body is covered head to toe in an Eddie-inspired "Crop Circle" graphic. On top of looks, these guitars play beautifully, with a graphite-reinforced maple neck with a hand-rubbed oil finish and wheel-adjust truss rod. The compound-radius maple fingerboard (12"-16") with 22 jumbo frets allows for ultra-fast sweeps and leads, while the Floyd Rose locking Tremolo and EVH D-tuna allow for wild sonic acrobatics while keeping your guitar pitch perfect! A single ferocious direct-mount Wolfgang humbucking pickup delivers powerful yet articulate tones, and we always love the simplicity of a single volume knob, of course labeled "Tone" in honor of Eddieโs original.
