This shredder is the signature instrument for the one and only Marty Friedman, a player who really needs no introduction – but if you’re unfamiliar – laid down some of the ten commandments of shred guitar in Cacophony with Jason Becker and was a key part of the early Megadeth albums, along with 12 solo albums of his own. The MF-1 has a black gloss finish with white bevels and matching knobs, mahogany and maple body with a 12” rosewood fretboard, and loaded with his own signature EMG humbuckers. TonePros adjustable Tune-O-Matic Style bridge with Gotoh stop tailpiece and Schaller locking tuners provide state-of-the-art tuning stability and sustain. This is a used piece, it does have some orange peel in the finish (from the factory) but otherwise is is great shape with no structural issues!
