Used Amplifiers Evertone/Vibrotone 2x10 Combo Item Description
This pre-owned amp is a Louis Electric Columbia which takes a classic 2x10 Blackface and puts a spin on it for some modern updates that make it an excellent addition to your arsenal of amplifiers. The Evertone/Vibrotone is a 35 watt output thanks to two 6L6 power tubes, and is a two-channel amp that gives you the option of straight up sound sans effects, or a second channel offering vibrato and reverb.
The Tremolo circuit was modified from the opto-coupled or photo-cell tremolo circuit in the blackface amps and moved to a bias modulated circuit. The Reverb circuit has also been altered from the 12AT7 driver tube to a 12AU7. This change provides a more pleasing reverb sound to the ear. The amp is still in overall excellent condition.
