This is a used 816ce in very good condition with some light markings around the body, nothing which would affect the feel of the instrument. The 816ce features a custom bracing structure that results in a looser, more luxurious low end. An ultra-thin gloss finish gives the wood a chance to really breathe, leading to a more open sound and allowing the aging process to go unhindered. Appointments include rosewood purfling that outlines the top and frames the abalone rosette, a rosewood pickguard, a “Element” fretboard inlay, and a marbled ebony fretboard.
