Used Amplification V30 The Countess Guitar Amplifier Head Item Description
If you're looking for an amp that not only sounds fantastic - but is easy to transport...the Victory V30 is it! This is a used V30 in excellent condition and it includes the power cable and carrying case. Victory Amplification's V30 "The Countess" amp head, designed in collaboration with Guthrie Govan (it's his "flying amp"), is a "lunch box-sized" amp that kicks out 30 watts of power by way of two 6L6 output tubes. It's a footswitchable two-channel design with independent master volume controls for the amp's clean and overdrive channels. Power can be scaled down from 30 watts maximum to 15-watt, 9-watt, and 2-watt settings. The preamp uses four 12AX7 tubes for plenty of high-gain saturation. Those looking for a more Class-A type of tone will appreciate the amp's ability to be used in single-ended mode. The V30 can also accept EL34 output tubes with no biasing necessary.
