One of the rarest guitars we've ever see at The Music Zoo, this is a Veleno aluminum guitar. A guitar with a mythical status among those who are fans of aluminum guitars from brands such as Travis Bean and Electrical Guitar Company - John Veleno's instruments were the precursor to these guitars, and only about 200 were built while John Veleno ran the company.
This model has a polished chrome finish. It's a certified Veleno Original, as it was sent to John Veleno in 2008 to be authenticated and the guitar comes with an extensive checkpoint list from John stating which on the instrument is original and which is not. You can see these details in the picture gallery.
The guitar has wear throughout the aluminum body. The frets are low, but dressed by Veleno when it was in his hands, and remain original. The neck has a very flat profile and the 11" radius makes it a quick player. This is an extremely rare and collectible guitar that we'll likely never see again!
