The new Vertex Effects Boost is designed to be clean boost, buffer, and a volume pedal, all in one small footprint box. Like many other pedal builders claim but not deliver, the Vertex Boost does in fact deliver a boost with zero tonal coloration thanks to it's ultra linear buffer. It feels like you're still plugged straight into your amp - a feeling that most still crave even if your pedal board doesn't fit in anything smaller than a short bus.
