130th Anniversary Gretsch G6118T-LTV Junior
NAMM 2013 It’s mindblowing to think that Gretsch has been making instruments for 130 years, but they haven’t showed any sign of slowing down, and they really brought the goods to celebrate for NAMM 2013. For instance, the new and slick looking G6118T-LTV Jr. The Junior is a single-cutaway 3-ply maple body with a 14″ lower bout, and a 2-tone nitrocellulose lacquer colorway: black on the top with metallic gold to the back and sides.
Other premium features include a three-piece maple neck; 12”-radius ebony fingerboard with 22 medium jumbo frets, pearloid Neo-Classic “thumbnail” inlays and bone nut; Anniversary model plaque and pearloid Gretsch logo on headstock; and dual TV Jones® Power’Tron pickups. The guitar also has a metallic gold pickguard, “G” Arrow” control knobs and chrome hardware, an Adjusto-Matic bridge with pinned ebony base and Bigsby® B3CB tailpiece, and Sperzel® locking tuners.
