About Our Grand Theater Product Catalog
This is the new for 2020 Taylor Grand Theater collection! The shape features a new 24-1/8" scale length, an all-solid wood construction, 1-23/32" nut width, and an ultra-thin finish to optimize the tonal response and dynamic range of the guitar. The Grand Theater was inspired by Taylor master guitar designer Andy Powers observing guitarists who wanted a smaller, comfortable sized acoustic guitar to play, but didn't want to sacrifice volume or tone. The GT has the curves of the Grand Orchestra, but sized down to a 15" lower bout (the same as a Grand Concert) but with a shorter body length.
