1997 ES-5 Switchmaster Wine Red Item Description
This is a gorgeous 1997 Gibson Custom Shop ES-5 Switchmaster hollowbody in a Wine Red finish over a figured maple body. The Switchmaster is a fully loaded hollowbody with three Gibson humbucker pickups wired to individual volume and tone controls for each pickup, with a 4-way switch that gives you options for each pickup, or all three at once. The guitar is outfitted with block inlays on the rosewood fretboard, multi-ply body and fretboard binding, and the exquisite multi-loop tailpiece. This ES-5 is in very good condition; there is playwear throughout the body with some dings scattered around and lacquer cracking on the back of the headstock around the stinger. There's light tarnishing on the hardware. The guitar plays nicely and includes the original case!
