This is the Gruhn Versitar Thinline guitar serial A023 built of a solid sitka spruce top with Indian rosewood for the back and sides.
The guitar most notably features an offset soundhold design, and is built with a bolt-on construction - the neck is fastened with two furniture bolts that go into threaded metal fixtures in the neck - these will never strip no matter how many times you take the neck off to service the guitar. The guitar has a neck that meets the body at the 15th fret and has a full 22-fret board, it's an easy playing neck that electric players will feel quite at home on!
