This rare Fernandes guitar is an '80s made "Function", the same as the Brad Gillis Signature model ! (Ozzy Osbourne, Night Ranger). This early Japanese made Fernandes is a serious riff machine with a striking red finish! It features a solid alder body, a Floyd Rose trem (with non-original arm), and a set of killer Seymour Duncan pickups (an SH-4 humbucker and SSL-1 single coils). It also boasts a super cool built in boost circuit that is very usable! The maple neck is a comfortable and topped with a nice rosewood fingerboard carrying 22 frets. A true super "S" style guitar made for a true shredder! This guitar is in good condition for it's age, it does have some minor surface rust on some of the metal components, some finish checking, and scattered dings and scratches consistent with age. But it plays smooth as butter and sounds great, and includes a cool faux leather gig bag!
