The Darkglass Microtubes X7 allows you to dial in the exact frequency that you want distorted. This pedal doesn't add too much color to your raw bass tone, and enables you to distort the top end or low end depending on your needs. This pedal has a slightly scooped-mids tone compared to other series, but dial back the high drive and you'll have yourself keeps everything balanced rather well.
