Fender Custom Shop Dual Mag II Stratocaster: Product Review and Video

Here's a new Fender Custom Shop pickup with two magnets for a well-balanced sound meant specifically for each string: the Dual Mag II pickup.

The Dual Mag II Strat pickup is quite faithful to its name; the pickup has two magnets that give you one of the clearest, most well-balanced sounds you'll ever hear. There are Alnico 5 magnets from the low E through the G string, and beveled Alnico 2 magnets for the B and E strings. The alnico 5 beneath the G makes that string “sing” just right. These pickups can be found in a variety of Custom Shop guitars, but right now are available in a limited edition Super Heavy Relic Stratocaster.
