The Music Zoo is super excited to carry the new for 2020 Taylor American Dream series of acoustic guitars. The American Dream series is named for San Diego's American Dream guitar factory, where Bob Taylor, Kurt Listug and Steve Schemmer all got their start building Taylor guitars after purchasing the factory from the previous owners. This new series gives guitarists premium Taylor features at a super-affordable price point! The body style which will first be built under the American Dream series is the Taylor Grand Pacific.
Taylor American Dream AD17 and AD17e Details and Specs
The AD17 (and AD17e with ES2 electronics) will be built with stained ovangkol for the back and sides with a spruce top. The guitars will feature Taylors acclaimed V-Class bracing, chamfered (rounded) body edges for comfort, an Urban Sienna stain to ovangkol, a 3-ring koa rosette, 4mm Italian acrylic fretboard inlays, and a high-quality Taylor AeroCase included! There will also be a very cool matte-blacktop finished version of the AD17 and AD17e!
Taylor American Dream AD27 and AD27e Details and Specs
The AD27 (and AD27e with ES2 electronics) will be built with stained sapele for the back and sides with a mahogany top. The guitars will feature Taylors acclaimed V-Class bracing, eucalyptus fretboard and bridge, chamfered (rounded) body edges for comfort, an Urban Sienna stain to the top and body, a single-ring wood rosette, 4mm dot fretboard inlays, and a high-quality Taylor AeroCase included!
